To create a Collection on your Shopify Store, Login to your store Admin Dashboard.
You will get a dropdown under the Product Button as shown Below;
Select Collection and Click on Create Collection.
From here you can add
1. Title and Description of Collection
2. Collection type(Leave this at its default state)
3. CONDITIONS
You can also Add a Collection Image.
When done, click on Save Collection.
